This can be in the form of chronic negative thinking, procrastination, addictions, overeating, endless social media scrolling, the list is endless… 

It’s hard to stop unless you know how.  

This self sabotage programme will analyse your behavioural patterns, identify what is holding you back and teach you how to reprogramme your subconscious mind.

Pre-work: Complete a comprehensive questionnaire which will be analysed to identify where you are self sabotaging and why.

Pre-work: Watch a number of videos to help you understand the power of your subconscious mind.

2 x 1-2-1 sessions with Rachel:

Session 1:  Your patterns of behaviour that are holding you back will be explained to you.

Session 2:  Rachel will teach you how to reprogram your subconscious mind for success.
